Florida is a Direct Access state, so you do NOT need a physician referral to begin Physical Therapy
We currently are not accepting insurance, however, if you would like to self-submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, we are happy to provide a super bill and all the information for you to submit!
Why cash based and not insurance?
A cash based model allows us to do what is best for you during treatment without having insurance dictate what will be paid for. This allows you to receive the best and most individualized treatment without restriction. We think it is important to be 100% transparent with our pricing, allowing you to make the decision if it is economical for you and/or your family.
While insurance-based physical therapy may seem cheaper initially, the actual costs can add up due to factors like limited session coverage, high co-pays, deductibles, and restrictions on the number of visits. For example, with insurance, a typical co-pay might be $50 per visit, and you could need 10-15 visits, costing $500-$750. On top of that, if you haven’t met your deductible, you might be responsible for additional out-of-pocket costs.
In contrast, we charge $125 per in-office session (after the evaluation) but on average only require 2-5 visits due to longer, more focused sessions. For 5 visits this would total $655 for the entire course of care - cheaper than insurance AND 5-10 fewer visits!
Having a full hour of 1-on-1 individualized treatment will ensure that you are getting the best possible care and value on your money while focusing on only you and getting you better faster!
